I had 33 year old oak hardwood that needed sanding and refinishing, plus add new hardwood to match in our living room. Their prices are reasonable, the quality was excellent and Juan was knowledgeable and professional.  Jacob the owner was very polite and he did the bid.  I wasn't sure what finish to have on my floors, so I did research and decided on water based finish. Juan helped me decide what sealer/stain to put on my floors. It took them 5 days to install the new wood on about 250 sq ft, then sanding it all down with my existing floors, approximatly 1400 sq ft., and sealing and putting on 2 coates of finish. It’s easy to write a review for Moose flooring. Do yourself a favor and use them for your floor project. In fact, you would be silly not to. I’ve already recommended them to my friends. Jakob and the Moose Flooring team are on top of everything! Jakob helped me from beginning to end. Starting with where to pick out flooring to the final walkthrough. His team is trustworthy and I had no issue leaving the crew by themselves in my house all day. The mess was minimal, as it can be with construction and the job was completed early. Jakob and his team just finished up an LVP project for my home. They were really communicative and professional throughout the whole process and overall did a great job given the home was built in 1948 and had some things come up here and there. I keep forgetting to say- Jakob and his team did so great. They were attentive, kind, fast, and patient with my comfort and decision making time. My front room was refinished, and floors added and old carpets taken out of my bedrooms in my bungalow. He matched the new and the old wood so beautifully and it’s seamless. The team helped me pick a color stain after installation while I was traveling and I came home to a beautiful space.

We had Jakob's tile team (Victor and Jose) come and help us finish what started out as a DIY job. We had plans to finish the heated flooring and tile ourselves, but knew that it was above our skill level, so we called Jakob for a quote and he was very responsive and came out to us quickly. The turnaround time on the quote was also quick, within a day or two. His team was able to use all the supplies we had already purchased (tile, grout, mortar, Schluter heated flooring supplies, etc.) and whatever else we needed was included in the quote with labor. We felt the price was very reasonable for the great quality of their work.  They came out that next week and were very friendly, quick workers, and kept the areas clean. It was a 3 day job and they finished within the 3 days, and showed up on time everyday. We are very happy with the end result, and will definitely use Moose Flooring for our future flooring needs! Moose Flooring did a great job at our home and were both professional and personable. They had to repair the poor work from another contractor and make a very difficult stain match - and did so perfectly and without a complaint of any kind. My boyfriend and I recently bought a house, and on top of our to-do list was refinishing the hard wood floors we discovered under the preexisting carpet. The owner, Jakob, was quick to come up with an estimate and a date to come out. Christian refinished our floors and did a beautiful job. He was professional and answered any questions we had about the process. Both Jacok and Christian made our satisfaction with the finish their highest priority.
